Gets to the payment option and entered info kicked out several times

We’ve been trying to book a flight and it’s kicking me off. It’s kicking my sister off in another state. Please fix this app quickly! Rather than that, it’s been an amazing app!

No telephone number of customer service.

This app should be against Apple rules because it’s not an actual app, it doesn’t do ANY of the functions every other airline app does. You can only start a search to buy airfare. You can’t see your flights, can’t get boarding passes, can’t check in, can’t do ANYTHING at all other than type in a flight number to check if it’s on time or *start* to search to buy a ticket. What a joke.

If looking for my review of the app, go to second paragraph. So far I’ve had a pretty good experience with Allegiant. They fly a perfect route for me to fit my needs, and for a fraction of what it would cost at a major airline. My only issue is the seats. I know that it’s a budget airline, but if you’re tall and have long legs, you’re almost forced to get an exit row or a seat with extra leg room, all of which cost extra money. I was challenging myself to get the cheapest round trip I could, and the total came out to $180 with a middle seat in the back coating $0. I suppose there’s a reason for that, but they should really update their interior to allow for larger, longer people to be comfortable. If I had shorter legs, I’d pick rear seats all the time. Onto the app: If you use a VPN, you will not be able to access this app, so turn that off. The app itself could be programmed much better. It’s not necessarily hard to use, but it’s very buggy and slow. Half the time it doesn’t allow you to check in, which forces you to have to either do it at the airport or to do it on a computer. Sometimes when I try to book a flight, it shows that the specific route isn’t available when I know for a fact it is. Sometimes it logs me out randomly which is a pain in any circumstance as it’s meant to make things more convenient, not more complicated. Overall, with a few fixes, this app could be a decent app. Hopeful for more to come.

After booking, very little of this app seems to work. Constant errors. Can’t update your booking. Can’t checkin. Your booking expired (but it didn’t). Tried deleting and reloading app. Updates haven’t fixed it.

Updated the app as required and for three days it won’t let me select a city to book a reservation. It just spins and the page stays blank. Today it says my session has expired but wont let me enter username or password and gives me the same spinning icon as the booking a flight issue.

I can’t load any flights on this website. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it to no avail. I’m running the latest version on my phone but keep getting a file not found page.

Unexpected error every time I try something. I have current iOS and reinstalled the app several times . Can not even log in. I get in easily on the web , with a desktop , but app will not work. Garbage. Website is not exactly stellar either . They are losing business . Do they realize this ?

Besides an AI chat and email, there is no way to get tech support for the app that is not functioning. Fix your app please!

Completely worthless

Never loads! I don’t even know why I still try after all these years

Been bad for multiple years. Flights listed in my app will not load in the web portal. Constantly getting “something really odd happened” it’s not odd when it happens weekly. Many times airports will not populate and I’m constantly getting logged out.

A lot of the actions just take you to the mobile website

No booking confirmation, KTIN didn’t process, etc… nonstop problems with this app

Just recently I was blessed to take a little vacation with some family. Allegiant was our provider, long story short our flight was delayed almost 4 hours going to South Carolina, coming back our flight was almost 3 hours delayed. In total we waited almost 8 full hours just to board these flights. Anyways as we finally get our plane and board, inside was such a mess, the smell was horrific and the services provided by the airport staff was awful as well. The flight was short and fast less than 2 hours coming from FL to SC and we ended up waiting much longer due to the plane being late. This company I will never fly again I typically fly with Jet Blue. Allegiant Airlines respectfully is cheap therefore the service you will get is cheap.

I spent lot of time trying to book a flight on their website and kept getting errors once I got to the name section - it wouldn’t allow me to input my name. It seems it forces you to download this app. Even then, the app had same issues as website when it came to changing the name for payment info. By default it gives you the name of the person who is flying in the payment section but doesn’t allow you to change the name to the person who is actually paying for the flight. Allegiant can do better.

I’ve tried twice to search for a flight and get booked, but every time I get to the part where you’ve picked your seats and it’s time to continue, the app crashes.

When I open the app, it just says that it cannot update my information. This has been going on for a month and the website doesn’t have anything Helpful on it either.

I am unable to use my voucher to add a bag to my flight

I’ve never been able to check in on the app or download my boarding passes. It’s ridiculous.

Been trying to get a hold of Allegiant the pass two days. My father is dying and I need to get into Allentown Pa asap. If customer service see this plz contact me asap

Flights are cheap but so is the service!

It won’t load my info for check and I can’t check in on the app at all. I have an iPhone 16 pro and everything is updated, including the latest version of the app (hasn’t worked for the past two versions of the app). And I don’t have access to print my boarding passes because I’m checking in for my return flight from vacation. So it looks like I’ll have to pay that ridiculous fee to have them print my boarding passes at the airport because their app is total trash. What a scam…

Load the app and log in and it always kicks you out to the Website. From there you can not load your boarding passes electronically.

Does not even allow me to download the app. Customer service for the airline was not helpful at all either.

I’m confused as to what the purpose of the app is if to log in your developers opt to have you log in externally in your browser to then take you back to a browser appearing app. It just doesn’t make sense. Even Frontier & Spirit have a better app experience from my research. Really unfortunate. Hope it changes soon.

Went to move my trip to a later date. When talking with customer service I was informed that I was going to have to pay more for the change than the actual ticket.

I just downloaded the app to use for. Showing boarding passes on a flight leaving tomorrow. I have an Allegiant account. The App would not let me sign in. I chose "forgot password" and typed in my account email. It said it did not exist in their system. This all while being signed in to Allegiant on my laptop.

The app and website both have options to choose and change seats after the ticket is purchased and neither work properly.

Completely useless. Collapses at the most inopportune times and won’t reload quickly.

To look up a trip in the app, I have to find my email confirmation to get the confirmation number. Why the extra work? Why can’t the app open a list of my trips? Why do I have to go hunt for a confirmation number? Dumbest thing ever!!

This used to be excellent but all of a sudden I can’t check or look for flights. WTH?

Even the most basic apps can manage the simplicity of username and password resets. This app doesn’t accept credentials that are actually correct and used on the web app. I feel for the CIO managing this team of developers I really do.

All good except that I was unable to check in for a flight while using a VPN. At least post a note indicating VPNs must be disabled to use the app for checking in. Or, maybe don’t make that a requirement.

worthless. every button click redirects to a web browser. what’s the point of this app?

Literally the worst app of any airline I’ve ever used…keyboard doesn’t show up when prompted to enter credit card, opens the web browser when trying to login which only loads a 401 page, etc. (Even with automatic app updates turned on…updates don’t solve big issues.) The other budget airlines do better, and I wish Allegiant could follow suit.

They won’t refund you if you wait to change your flight. What a bunch of nonsense, this is why I don’t fly budget airlines.

The app will not find airports. It always says there is an error loading airports. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it to no avail. Really useless if I can’t put airports in to the fields.

They MAKE you download this trash app otherwise you MUST PAY $5 TO PRINT YOUR BOARDING PASS. LAST TIME FLYING WITH YA!

Can’t create account without it opening up the browser to a separate program.

Cannot use this app at all. Asked for help at the check in counter and was told not to bother. “It usually doesn’t work, and there’s nothing you can do to fix it”! When I asked if there was someone I could talk to she said “no, no one knows how to fix it”. Seriously? But then you want to charge me to print off a boarding pass because your app doesn’t work! 🤬

I can never check in from the app or load another flight to my account. Pour app.
